LAW ON METROLOGY OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

Chapter V Legal Obligations 第二十四条 制造、销售未经考核合格的计量器具新产品的，责令停止制造、销售该种新产品，没收违法所得，可以并处罚款。 Article 24 Whoever manufactures or sells new measuring instruments which have not been checked as qualified shall be ordered to stop the manufacture or selling of those new measuring instruments, the illegal gains are to be confiscated, and may in addition, be liable to a fine.
